History

The church was built between May 1898 and November 1901 by the architects Curjel & Moser. On Sunday, November 17, 1901, St. Paul's Church was consecrated with three church services. The last regular church service took place in June 2019. In September 2020, the Kulturkirche Paulus association was founded, which took over responsibility for the continued operation of the church building on July 1, 2021.

Saint Paul's Church is included in the Federal Inventory of Cultural Properties as an Object of National Significance (KGS no. 01598).
